We are different because we respect speciality coffee — and the ritual that comes with it. We are not here to replace that experience and would never try to. We want you to have good coffee, conveniently, without relying on a coffee machine or instant coffee powder. When you can, enjoy your time making a pour over, on a relaxed weekend or a holiday.

Why is the brewing process different?

There are a few reasons why coffee is not widely used in the dip format, and that is the CO2 formation during the roasting process. When the coffee blooms, the CO2 is released and makes the bag float on the water. Instead of relying on the traditional string to dip the bag, we use a bamboo stirrer to hold the bag inside so the brewing happens quickly. The same stirrer helps you squeeze the bag after brewing, and also helps you stir the coffee if you like to add milk or sweetners to it.

Where is the coffee sourced from?

The coffee is sourced from a single estate within India. We get our batch freshly roasted. We then grind and pack the coffee in small batches to ensure freshness. We guarantee the freshness of the coffee until it reaches your table.

How long is the shelf life?

We recommend you to use the coffee within 2 weeks of opening the package. It may be extended a couple weeks longer if stored in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container.
